NORMANDY GASTRONOMY BETWEEN LAND AND SEA

Normandy is certainly one of France's most famous regions for its gastronomy. What are Normandy's culinary specialities? Where can you sample them?
While the region is famous for its cheeses, Camembert in particular, its cream and its apples, it also offers many other specialities.
Granville is France's leading shellfish port. Seafood products, fish and seafood are given pride of place in the various restaurants along the coast.
The Bulot de la Baie de GRANVILLE is emblematic of the Western COTENTIN, the leading French and European fishing area for this species. In 2019, the Granville whelk will be awarded the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI).
